
Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto was invited to the NBI main office on a possible violation of the Bayanihan to Heal as One Act.
NBI spokesperson Ferdinand Lavin confirmed to GMA News that the NBI has sent Mayor Vico a subpoena letter for his alleged violation of the newly signed law under RA 11469.

The Pasig City mayor took to Twitter his defense saying that his office complied with all the directives from the national government.
He wrote, “They're asking for an "explanation on the alleged violation of the Bayanihan to Heal as One Act (e.g. continuous tricycle operation)" We complied with all directives. Hindi po illegal magbigay ng opinyon. ...at alam kaya nila na March 24 naging batas ang Bayanihan Act?”
